Persil Kids Run 1 km – 19h00

The Persil Kids Run is a race over 1K, for children between 4 and 12 years old. Everyone runs at their own pace: whether you sprint, run, or walk, it’s all about fun and movement. Each participant receives a cool medal, a Persil Kids T-shirt, and a refreshing drink.

Bib numbers are not sent by mail and can be collected at the registration area.

In the confirmation email you received after registering, you’ll find your e‑ticket. Please bring this e‑ticket with you on Monday to collect your bib number.

There are changing rooms and showers for men available under the stadium stands (near the finish area).

For women, changing rooms and showers are provided in the sports hall.

You can leave your sports bag in the designated storage area in the sports hall during the event. A sticker with a unique number will be attached to your bag, and the same number will also be placed on your race bib. After your race, you can collect your bag by showing the matching sticker.

If you lose your sticker, your bag can only be returned after giving an accurate description of the bag and its contents. The organization will take the necessary precautions to monitor the area as best as possible, but use of the storage facility is at your own risk. The organization cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, and/or theft of personal belongings.

A few recommendations:

  • Use a well‑sealed sports bag and make sure it is fully closed so no items can fall out.
  • Do not leave valuables (such as your phone, sports watch, wallet, etc.) in your sports bag.

Timekeeping is done using an electronic chip. This chip, located on the back of your race bib, records your net time from start to finish. This means your time only starts running once you cross the start line. This extra service ensures a more accurate timing result.

The chip is included in your registration fee and does not need to be returned after the race.

Please do not fold your race bib and do not remove the stickers from the chip.

Come to Tessenderlo by bike or on foot! If you’re coming by car, parking is available nearby and will be clearly signposted.

How to register my child
  • Through the school* your kid can participate for free. Let the teacher know or add yourself to the group using your school’s group code. Registration is possible until Monday, June 22.
  • Online via this website until Monday, July 6, 16:59.
  • On site on Monday, July 6, from 17:00 at the registration area.
*Only for primary schools in Tessenderlo-Ham.
