You can pick up your race bib on Monday, July 6th from 17:00 in the registration zone (Municipal Sports Park Tessenderlo), using the e‑ticket you receive after completing your payment. So make sure to keep that e‑ticket safe! Haven’t received an email? Be sure to check your spam folder!

Group Registrations
(until Monday 22/06/2026, 23u59).
The anniversary edition of The Primagaz Classic Tessenderlo as your perfect teambuilding with your colleagues, friend group or family? Good idea! You can register as a group until Monday, 22/06, 23h59.
Useful information for group registrations
- For a group registration with group collection, you need at least 10 persons. If you have fewer than 10 participants, you can still sign up as a group but then every group member needs to pick up their participant pack individually.
- Group registration is only possible via the official online registration module. Excel lists and similar will not be accepted.
- Method online registration: first, you need to create a group in the registration form.
- Subsequently, you will receive an email containing the group name and your group code. With this code and your chosen password (don’t lose it!), you can manage the group at all times. In the next step, you can add and remove participants. Only the group leader can validate participants. You can add as many participants to the group as you like.
- Bib numbers can be collected as a package (everything in one go) or individually. Indicate clearly on the registration form which of these you prefer. When choosing to collect everything in one go, only the group leader can do that. When collecting individually, all participants will receive a separate confirmation email containing all necessary info for collecting their number.
- Once your group is completely ready, the group leader has to pay the full group amount. The registration can only be confirmed when the group has been submitted and paid. Once the group is closed, NO CHANGES can be made to the group anymore. Changes to your group can only be made on site at the registration desk. A €5 admin cost will be charged for this on site. In‑store registrations at REN Sport in Tessenderlo
From May 4th until Saturday, July 4th, you can register at REN Sport in Tessenderlo.
You’ll even receive your race bib on the spot (valid for all distances)!
